DOI: <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.15414\/2026.9788055229263\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.15414\/2026.9788055229263<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Monografia prezint\u0103 un studiu al caracteristicilor de germinare a semin\u021belor, poten\u021bialului de adaptare \u0219i cre\u0219tere al plantelor\u00a0<em>Fagus sylvatica<\/em>\u00a0(fag european) din diverse popula\u021bii de origine: Slovacia, Rom\u00e2nia, Ucraina \u0219i Republica Moldova.<\/p>\n<p>Obiectivul principal a fost de a oferi cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219tiin\u021bifice fundamentate \u0219i recomand\u0103ri practice privind reducerea perioadei de germinare a semin\u021belor de fag, indiferent de originea lor, anul de colectare sau condi\u021biile de depozitare. Cercetarea vizeaz\u0103 viabilitatea semin\u021belor folosind teste rapide cu tetrazoliu, peroxid de hidrogen \u0219i indigo carmin, precum \u0219i efectele aplic\u0103rii bioreglatorilor naturali (genistifoliozid\u0103, Moldstim, extract de\u00a0<em>Juniperus sabina<\/em>) \u0219i alginitului (un bioreglator mineral), asupra acceler\u0103rii \u0219i sincroniz\u0103rii germin\u0103rii \u00een condi\u021bii de laborator, sporirii adapt\u0103rii \u0219i cre\u0219terii plantulelor \u00een condi\u021bii de solar \u0219i \u00een rezerva\u021bie natural\u0103. Rezultatele au demonstrat o variabilitate substan\u021bial\u0103 inter- \u0219i intrapopula\u021bional\u0103 a caracterelor morfometrice \u0219i fiziologice ale semin\u021belor, reflect\u00e2nd at\u00e2t diversitatea genetic\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i influen\u021bele mediului local. Aplicarea bioreglatorilor \u0219i a alginitului a redus semnificativ perioada de germinare, a crescut rata de germinare \u0219i num\u0103rul \u00a0plantulelor supravie\u021buite la transplantare \u0219i cre\u0219tere, inclusiv la temperaturi ridicate. Monitorizarea pe parcursul a trei ani a plantulelor transferate \u00een Rezerva\u021bia Natural\u0103 \u201ePlaiul Fagului\u201d a relevat diferen\u021be clare \u00een performan\u021ba adaptiv\u0103 \u00eentre popula\u021bii. Astfel, \u00a0o cre\u0219tere mai intens\u0103 a taliei plantelor s-a atestat la popula\u021bia Nitra-19 (Slovacia), adaptare stabil\u0103 \u0219i supravie\u021buire ridicat\u0103, respectiv la Ciore\u0219ti-21 (Moldova) \u0219i Ro\u017e\u0148ava-22 (Slovacia), \u00een timp ce Humosu-20 (Rom\u00e2nia) \u0219i popula\u021bia local\u0103 Plaiul Fagului-23 au demonstrat supravie\u021buire \u0219i cre\u0219tere mai sc\u0103zut\u0103, indic\u00e2nd o adaptabilitate limitat\u0103 \u00een condi\u021biile locale. Aceste rezultate eviden\u021biaz\u0103 importan\u021ba provenien\u021bei semin\u021belor, tratamentelor specifice \u00eenainte de sem\u0103nat cu \u00a0bioreglatori pentru a optimiza germinarea \u0219i dezvoltarea plantulelor.
